23andMe - 23 and Me - Fraud?
Purchased an ancestry test from 23 and Me. After more than 8 weeks, no results and the excuse given they could not extract DNA.
I requested a refund, was told I would receive an email from a "different department," which of course I haven't. Called again to request an email, was told it was in review and I'd receive an email. I've tested with a few other DNA companies and had no problems at all, received timely results, in depth and accurate. Will figure out what any recourse I might have.
They've taken my money and have not provided the advertised service. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $75.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
