23andMe - Worst Customer service

Called twice to try to upgrade my mothers account with my visa. For whatever reason it wouldn't process but I still got billed and now I'm trying to explain this to them to refund me. It's like talking to 5 year olds on the phone, having to repeat the same info and emails over and over. Completely frustrated and still waiting for my $150 refund.

23andMe - Terrible customer service

The company has a policy of deflecting customer inquiries i.e., terrible phone access/precieved non US speakers/no order or product information on the phone - one is either forced to go to their website for info or to email them. I have purchased 6 kits for my family and expected an opportunity for knowledgeable dialog via a phone call. I’m extremely disappointed !!!

Two tests failed to read. In order to get my $169 refund, I have to agree NEVER to submit another test.. WHY? As many questionnaires as I completed, I practically did their job for them. Contacting an attorney about this crap!
