23andMe - This company sucks!
Its been 2 months and still no results! I called customer service and they refused to tell me if they received my sample. They used the excuse that it was private information that couldnt be released over the phone. And they outsource customer service to india. This company sucks!

I asked about my sample too and they said the same thing about upgrading the computers. I highly recommend using Ancestry they are responsive and fast.

23andMe - NO Results
Kit was received by their company July 25. After several phone calls they keep telling me they are updating their computer system. As of today, Aug 13, I was told the same story and I would not have any results for another 6 to 8 weeks!!! I paid $139 for kit and I believe it is a total scam! Please help!

23andMe - Worst Customer service
Called twice to try to upgrade my mothers account with my visa. For whatever reason it wouldn't process but I still got billed and now I'm trying to explain this to them to refund me. It's like talking to 5 year olds on the phone, having to repeat the same info and emails over and over. Completely frustrated and still waiting for my $150 refund.
23andMe - Terrible customer service
The company has a policy of deflecting customer inquiries i.e., terrible phone access/precieved non US speakers/no order or product information on the phone - one is either forced to go to their website for info or to email them. I have purchased 6 kits for my family and expected an opportunity for knowledgeable dialog via a phone call. I’m extremely disappointed !!!
