We have tried many times to order online. Called customer service and was told that we can't place an order over the phone.

My phone call was disconnected 4 times with absolutely no help or understanding of the problem extremely frustrating for an expensive service!

Sent in fathers sample. After 8 weeks emailed when it was stuck on analyzing. Got a generic response. Then it said putting dna on a disk to double it. That went in for 3 more weeks. Then comes the up grading computers - still no results after 3 months. Emailed again....

Its been 2 months and still no results! I called customer service and they refused to tell me if they received my sample. They used the excuse that it was private information that couldnt be released over the phone. And they outsource customer service to india. This company sucks!

23andMe - No resolution either

I asked about my sample too and they said the same thing about upgrading the computers. I highly recommend using Ancestry they are responsive and fast.
